You are a landowner whose property is adjacent to the Quartier international or McGill Street and subject to a local improvement tax? If that is the case, then you are a member of one of the following assocations:
Quartier international de Montréal Adjacent Landowner Association (ARQIM)
McGill Street Adjacent Landowner Assocation (ARMcGILL)
The landowner associations were created to ensure the sustainability of the design interventions within the sectors covered by a local improvement tax. As a member of one or the other of the landowner associations, you are party to an agreement between the association and the City of Montreal.
By accessing the limited-access section reserved to members of your association, you will be able to read news of your association, as well as notices and minutes from previous meetings.
You will also find other documents made available by the association's Board of Directors.
