In the context of the Square des frères Charon project, the City of Montreal delegated to Société QIM the role of work provider, which is a global mandate involving the following:

• the development of concepts;
• the preparation of plans, specifications, work schedules and budgets;
• the hiring of professionals, contractors and providers;
• the coordination and supervision of the project’s realization;
• the coordination of the different stakeholders to ensure their cohesion.
