In an effort to increase accountability, transparency and efficiency, all of the partners are represented on the Société’s Board of Directors. They are informed of all undergoing activities and projects so as to be able to make informed decisions. At all times, they can request information regarding the different projects that we are involved in so as to keep track of their progress.

The Société’s Board of Directors is therefore comprised of representatives from the different partners, such as the City of Montreal, the Caisse de dépôt et de placements du Québec, the adjacent landowners of the QIM and McGill Street, the Ministère de la Culture, des Communications et de la Condition féminine du Québec as well as two independent directors.
