What do users think of the new QIM project? A survey conducted by QIM management in the summer of 2004 revealed a high level of satisfaction among users of the new spaces and facilities.

District businesses and visitors are very satisfied with the project and use the new public spaces to gather with colleagues and friends or for relaxation. They are also impressed with the landscaping and the addition of trees. However, the lack of awareness about this new district and the new cultural attractions in the expanded indoor pedestrian network, combined with the sector's not so illustrious past, are key obstacles to be tackled by the Quartier international de Montréal Adjacent Owners Association (ARQIM) in the coming years so that the general public can fully benefit from this new district which is theirs to enjoy.
